1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Bushbuck Limited (NZ Company Number 4116158) of 51 Princess Street, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand and Utemaster NZ Limited (NZ Company Number 5052360) (together, the Promoters).

2. Eligibility 2.1 General Eligibility

Entry is open only to residents of New Zealand, Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2.2 Vehicle Eligibility Requirement

Entry is only open to individuals who, at the time of entry and prize fulfilment, own a compatible Double Cab vehicle listed in Section 3.

The prize package is designed exclusively for compatible Double Cab models. The Promoters are unable to supply or modify the prize for Single Cab, Extra Cab, chassis cab, or any other vehicle configuration not listed.

Proof of vehicle ownership (including current registration documentation) may be required before the prize is awarded. If the selected winner does not own an eligible vehicle, their entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be redrawn.

The Promoters reserve the right to confirm vehicle compatibility prior to awarding the prize.

4. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 am NZDT on Monday, 1 February 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm NZDT on Friday, 27 February 2026 (Promotional Period).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form located at:

https://bushbuck.co.nz/utemastergiveaway

Only one base entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Bonus Entries

Each valid entrant will receive one (1) entry into the draw upon submitting a valid entry form during the Promotional Period.

Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoters at the time of entry will receive five (5) additional bonus entries.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of:

• Ute Master Centurion Canopy

• Ute Master Cantilever Roof Rack

• Bushbuck 1.9m Armourdillo Aluminium Rooftop Tent

• Bushbuck 1.9m Armourdillo Annex Total prize value: NZD $17,000, based on recommended retail prices at the time of publication.

The prize:

• Is not transferable

• Is not exchangeable

• Is not redeemable for cash

If any component becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

The prize is only available for installation on an eligible Double Cab vehicle listed in Section 3.

8. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on Wednesday, 4 March 2026 at Bushbuck Head Office.

The first valid entry drawn at random will win the prize.

The winner will be notified by phone or email by 6 March 2026.

The winner must respond to claim the prize by 12:00 pm NZST on 20 March 2026. If the winner does not respond by this time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve winning entry selected via an Unclaimed Prize Draw.

The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Installation & Associated Costs

The prize includes the supply of the listed prize components only.

All costs associated with installation of the prize, including but not limited to labour, fitting, freight, travel, transportation, accommodation, removal of existing accessories, vehicle modifications, engineering certification (if required), and any ancillary parts or materials required for installation, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Installation must be carried out by the Promoters or an authorised installer approved by the Promoters. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for installation directly with the authorised installer.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner in connection with installation or vehicle preparation.

10. Vehicle Warranty & Modifications The winner acknowledges that installation of aftermarket accessories may affect the manufacturer’s vehicle warranty.

The Promoters make no representations and accept no responsibility for:

• Any impact on manufacturer warranties;

• Pre-existing vehicle modifications;

• Compatibility issues arising from modified or non-standard vehicles.

It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm warranty implications with their vehicle manufacturer or dealer prior to installation.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters, their related companies, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with:

• Participation in the promotion;

• Acceptance of the prize;

• Installation of the prize;

• Use or misuse of the prize

The winner acknowledges that the prize components must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer specifications, vehicle compatibility requirements and safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoters collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion.

Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications consent to receiving promotional communications from the Promoters. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.

13. General The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and vehicle eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

At Bushbuck, we value our customers and aim to provide excellent service. To ensure clarity, the following policy applies to orders involving free gifts with purchase:

1. Eligibility for Free Gifts

Gifts are offered with purchases meeting specific conditions, such as a minimum spend threshold or promotional requirements. The value of the gift is based on the assumption that the qualifying purchase is retained.

2. Returning a Product(s) That Qualified for a Free Gift

If a customer returns a product that initially qualified them for a gift, the eligibility for retaining the gift will be reassessed. If the return causes the total amount spent to fall below the threshold required for the gift, the customer must either:

• Return the free gift in its original, unused condition.

• Retain the free gift and have its retail price (RRP) deducted from the refund amount.

3. Free Gift Returns

Free gifts must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Failure to return the free gift in appropriate condition will result in the RRP being deducted from the refund.

4. Final Decision

Our team will review all returns involving free gifts to ensure compliance with the policy. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for clarification or assistance.

By completing a purchase, customers agree to this policy and understand that adjustments to their refund may be necessary if conditions for retaining the free gift are not met.
