Shipping & Processing

Once you have placed an order with Bushbuck you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This will include your unique order number, which you can use if you have any queries along the way.

The following are estimated processing and delivery times.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. 

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in NZ, Australia, USA, Canada, and the UK. If you live down the street from us in Christchurch, New Zealand you'll get it faster than if you live in Auckland. We use CourierPost for most orders nationally which generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

International shipping is longer, we use DHL for most international orders. Roof tents are sent with Owens/Mainfreight in AU and NZ.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Bushbuck is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

If you do not live in New Zealand, Australia, or the United Kingdom, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including GST/VAT) imposed by the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Shipping costs are calculated by the dimensions and weight of your order. Rural deliveries also incur extra cost. The cost of shipping is always clearly outlined at the checkout. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping, please contact one of our friendly staff.

Everything that carries the Bushbuck logo is designed and built to perform in the outdoors, and we back it with a minimum 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our support doesn't stop there. If your Bushbuck gear needs some attention outside the warranty period, get in touch. Whether it needs a spare part, a repair, or you want some advice on the best way forward, we'll always do our best to help keep your gear going. Where an issue isn't covered by our warranty policy, we'll let you know your options. Any repair or replacement costs that apply to resolving the issue will be clearly communicated.
